Substrate is operated by Better Sign Shop, LLC. Effective October 29, 2026.

Substrate is software for sign and print shops. When you opt in, Substrate sends you text messages about your sign and print work: job updates, proofs to review, quotes, invoices and payment links, and replies to messages you send us.

Right now, Substrate only texts customers of Better Sign Shop, LLC who have agreed in writing. We record when and how each person agreed before we send the first text.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You can also email bryant@bettersignshop.com and ask us to stop. We will not text you again unless you opt in again.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your work, such as how many jobs, proofs, and invoices you have open. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number and consent

We use your mobile number only to send the texts described here and to keep a record of your consent and any opt-out. We do not sell your mobile number. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share them only with service providers that deliver our texts.
